Zoom or In-Studio sessions - or both - are available to accommodate a busy and changing schedule. Scheduling is extremely flexible and our 3-day cancellation policy allows for last-minute cancellations without penalty.

Hi, my name is Randall Lightbown and I have always wanted to help people feel better. I’ve worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years, and have spent the last 10 years developing the S+ Strength Training Method.

Most clients have been with me for over 5 years, and many for over 10! 

The reason clients stick around is because:

  • They Get Results - they are stronger, fitter and don’t get injured.

  • It fits into their lives - be it a crazy work schedule, or because they don’t like to train in traditional gyms.

S+ is personal training based on my experience with clients over the years, and decades of research on the most efficient and safest forms of exercise. It combines the established benefits of strength training with an understanding of our relationship with exercise, through modern neuroscience and takes a bio-psycho-social approach to motivate and keep clients consistently improving.

S+ has trainers available 7 days a week morning to night. I have personally trained all trainers working in the S+ studio. No matter who ends up becoming your trainer, they will be by your side every session, building and adapting to you and your goals. Your trainer will get to know you, understand what you need and will adapt each session to where you are that day, for that session, that week.

We want to help you get stronger and fitter and help you reach your goals whatever they might be.

    Sessions are 30 minutes, so it’s easier to fit that into your schedule. Even if you need to change it at the last minute, we’ll find a way to fit you in.
